1. Competition Period

• The competition opens upon announcement and closes on 31st October 2025 at 23:59 UTC.
• Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.
• The winner will be announced within 7 days of the competition closing date.
• Fake Taxi reserves the right to extend or shorten the competition period with prior notice.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry submission.
• This competition is not open to residents or citizens of the United States.
• Participants must hold a minimum of 10,000 $FAKETAXI tokens in their connected Solana wallet at the time of winner selection.
• Token holdings will be verified on-chain at the time of entry & winner selection. Fake Taxi reserves the right to re-verify holdings before awarding the prize.
• Participants must have verified their wallet in the Fake Taxi Discord server using the /backseat-verify command before entering.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Fake Taxi and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.
• Participants must have valid travel documents (passport) and be legally able to travel internationally.

3. Prize Details

The prize consists of the following for 2 people:

• Flights: Round-trip economy class flights to Prague from a major airport in the winner's region of residence.
• Accommodation: 2 nights in a 3-star or higher hotel in Prague city centre (1 room for 2 people).
• Spending Money: $2,000 USD.
• Fake Taxi Tour: A 2-hour guided tour of Prague in the genuine Fake Taxi vehicle with photo opportunities.

Additional Prize Terms:

• The total approximate retail value of the prize is $5,000 USD.
• Travel must be completed before 10th December 2025.
• Travel dates are subject to availability and must be mutually agreed upon between the winner and Fake Taxi team.
• Flights will be booked by Fake Taxi and must depart from a major airport in the winner's country/region of residence.
• Airport transfers, travel insurance, meals (except breakfast if included with hotel), additional activities, and personal expenses are not included.
• The winner and their guest must travel together on the same dates.
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or substituted for cash or alternative prizes.
• If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, Fake Taxi reserves the right to award it to an alternate winner.

4. Entry & Selection Process

Entry Allocation:

• Base Entry: All eligible participants receive 1 entry upon successful submission.
• Bonus Entries for Discord Members: Users who have verified their wallet in the Fake Taxi Discord server receive additional entries based on their tier:
  • Backseat Baller (500,000+ tokens): +1 bonus entry (2 total)
  • Backseat Big Shot (1,000,000+ tokens): +2 bonus entries (3 total)
  • Backseat Bossman (5,000,000+ tokens): +3 bonus entries (4 total)
  • Backseat Billionaire (10,000,000+ tokens): +4 bonus entries (5 total)
• Discord tier verification must be completed before competition entry submission.

Entry Rules:

• Limit of one entry per wallet address.
• Duplicate entries will be rejected.
• Entries made using fraudulent means, bots, or automated systems will be disqualified.
• Fake Taxi reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all entries and disqualify any entries deemed suspicious or fraudulent.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.
• Each entry has an equal chance of winning (e.g., a participant with 3 entries has 3x the chance of a participant with 1 entry).
• The random selection will be conducted using a provably fair method.
• Winner will be notified via the social media handle(s) provided within 7 days of the draw.
• Winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 7 days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

5. General Terms

• No Cash Alternative: There is no cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or in part.
• Identity Verification: Winners must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of wallet ownership before the prize is awarded.
• Tax Implications: Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with acceptance and use of the prize as per their local jurisdiction.
• Disqualification: Fake Taxi reserves the right to disqualify any entries that violate these terms, are deemed fraudulent, or involve manipulation of the entry process.
• Liability: Fake Taxi accepts no responsibility for:
  • Technical issues preventing entry submission (wallet connection issues, network congestion, etc.)
  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected winner notifications
  • Any issues arising during travel, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, or changes
  • Any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the prize experience
• Publicity: By entering, participants consent to Fake Taxi using their username/handle and entry details for promotional purposes related to the competition. Winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities (e.g., announcement posts, winner interviews) if requested.
• Content Rights: Photos and videos may be taken during the Fake Taxi tour for promotional purposes. Participation in promotional content creation is optional but encouraged. Winner and guest consent to Fake Taxi using any media captured during the experience for marketing purposes.
• Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for competition administration and prize fulfillment in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• Modification/Termination: Fake Taxi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary, or if the integrity of the competition is compromised.
• Force Majeure: Fake Taxi is not responsible for the inability to award the prize due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, or government regulations.
• Final Decision: All decisions made by Fake Taxi regarding the competition, including winner selection and eligibility, are final and binding.
